These stupid Delhivery Courier guys misplaced my courier of 12000 rs. Had to send goods to my customer again. They asked us to go to Moti nagar warehouse and search for your parcel at your own. When we reached there warehouse to search for our parcel, the guard told us the any lost parcel above 15 days, there in house labour sells them to kabadiwala. Pathetic service Customer care is useless Bas ticket khadi rahegi and no help from the customer helpline Aur Inko IPO nikalna hai. Couldn't find the parcel till date.. Useless Delhivery
