Very pathetic service! Delivery was to be done 3 days back and I gets mail everyday that delivery person couldn't contact me and couldn't find the address!!! I have clearly mentioned in the address details even how to reach to my house! Still it's not delivered! Gets mail everyday your order will be delivered today and after sometime gets another mail your order got undelivered! Without even coming to the location or calling!

My order reached here 5 days before. There wasn't any update from delivery service until today. Today I got a missed call from deliver agent. I can't believe they just let the phone to ring a single bell cut it delibertely. When I called back they keep on disconnecting me and after a lot of try they accepted my call. And they said we can't deliver your product to your home if you want your product you should come to my office and collect it by yourself. When I asked why he threatened me if you don't collect it by today we will return the product. I can't believe that he threatened me like that. Since I am so desperate to get my phone I decided to go by myself and contacted delhivery customer service by asking does they accept upi or any other online payment. They replied by sending me a email saying you can pay it online. So I trusted your email and went to delivery hub. When I went there they misbehaved to me and denied to accept online payment and told me to bring cash if you want your product. So I have to travel 10 km again in this covid pandemic time to find an atm. This is the way you treat customer. What a shame!!!

Delhivery courier, Koothuparambha, very worst service, most of the times they never contact the customer and just update status as customer un available, and return the product back to seller on the same day. If they are deliverying the product (2% chance) then they will tell the customer to collect the product from their office or other near by places to their office.
