Worst service, my pan card distpached from Bombay on 3 August 2022, and arrived 6th August 2022. On 24 August 2022. I have to visit Ahmedabad office at Navrangpura and they give me another address, at gulab tower. I have to move on two places, and collect pan card physically. Very bad service.

Very bad service. The courier is out for delivery from 1st September. Still didn’t receive. Tried calling them no answer at all. No information on writing email to them. Do not use their services. I have no idea why nsdl is using this service to send the documents.

Seriously if i van give the rating in minus, i will surely give.. Third class, pathetic, bakwaas, zero standard service i have ever seen.. No action as per shoen in tracking. No one is answering calls on the given contact number.. -5 (Minus Five) Rating..

If there would be an option of ZERO/minus star ratings i would have given that ratings too. In my life i have seen the first & the worst ever courier company which needs to get shutdown it's workings with immediate effect. Courier boy leaves his office to deliver courier in the morning & he is *LAA PATA* till 6.32 pm. What rubbish is this. Nobody is there to respond on call too. Either they are not a professional courier company or they are not understanding the importance of the documents seriously. Never ever rely upon this courier company. IT department should stop working with such poor working courier companies or should take serious actions against them for not delivering the documents sent by the department in due course.
