Worst courier..even after taking premium charges, my shipments got delayed and out of track. The purnia bihar branch is the pathetic one. Stored my shipments more than 3 days. Neither called me nor picked call . I personally visited their godawn and recovered my shipment. Don't ever try Trackon.

Worst service ever. There is double gst deduction on cod mode. There will be no profit on serving them. It is better to send your parcel from outside or by using any other app.If you get the payment even after 25 days, then no sense. They have a very messy response, you should serve someone else instead of them.
