Am not sure about others negative experience but my experience with this delivery partner for minimalist was excellent, it was delivered prior to arrival time, also there was consecutive calls from delivery person ensuring to deliver it , for me it's not showing any picture to attach my order details

Worst ever courier service. Everyday status shows out for delivery and then changes to customer unreachable. No phone calls and no one come to the address. Worst part is that Samsung is having them as delivery partner. No contact number nothing. Simply raise queries and no response from their side. Keep on waiting for product until you cancel it.

Just read all the recent reviews from others over here. It the same what I am facing. In the last month I had to go through the ordeal twice. I placed an order for a 41000/- refrigerator directly from Samsung who unfortunately has tied up with Delhivery and after almost 10 days of being held up at the Delhivery warehouse which seems to be just 11km away from me the order was sent back. Next I placed an order on amazon for a furniture worth 20000/- . The order which was dispatched from Rajasthan reached Chennai in reasonable time. But after reaching Chennai the same is being held for no provable reason. In the app the Chennai Delhivery team seems to be resorting to false statements like "Establishment is closed and delivery would be re-attempted next day", or, " Customer not reachable". The Delhivery customer care does not seem to care either since they sit at Delhi. I wish I could share the screenshots of the way these people are postponing or cancelling the order by projecting that its the fault of the Customer; but since there is no option to upload during this review, its not possible.

Worst courier service ever. No customer support. My package is showing reached Chennai facility on 9th nov midnight still as of today 15th nov not delivered. Emails get replied after 3 days still with same stupid comment "it's under our follow up". Customer are help less. I feel cheated and disrespected by this so call customer service. Do not choose delhivery courier or get ready to loose ur package.

Not worth even 1 rating. They spoiled my money and time. I had to go to city outskirts 25km in poonamalee Chennai and pick up my baggage after 10 days though they promised 3 days delivery. The worst part last 4 days they never answered my calls just sending screenshot saying in transit. All false update i had issues with my job bcas these people. Worst delivery service . My package from Urbanic.com has arrived on 27 dec in chennai. the order was placed on 17th Dec.2021. But till date (10.01.2022) it has not arrived. My Nykaa shipment is stuck with them. They are citing rain as an excuse. It is one week since it has topped raining. When all other couriers are able to deliver on time why not them Dont use them. They are really bad with no contact number anywhere .
