Unprofessional and Irresponsible. My package reached fatima nagar office on Saturday and was supposed to be delivered on sunday and its Wednesday but its still not here yet..and they dont ever bother to inform or update about the status of the package. even the contact number is unreachable.

Most pathetic experience. Pathetic service n pathetic delivery behaviour who says tumhare ek review se mera kuch nhi bigadta hai. Parcel showing out for delivery on Friday morning n did not reach destination till NXT Wednesday after n number of calls n followups. This delivery shows why we should go for the renounced services coz they proved service that's y they are everywhere. This is the the reason they have got rating of 1.5.

pathetic service complete nonadherance on delivery timeline. As per website it is showing that consignment is out of delivery from 4th nov and couldn't recieve till 8 th nov. Called multiple time today but no specific reason why it took 4 days to deliver within city. as per call attendant it will deliver any how Today but not received yet.

If there was a negative rating I would have given a negative rating. The package arrived on 20th Oct and its 2nd Nov still it hasnt been delivered.

Well only if google had the option of no stars. Parcel had reached their office on Saturday morning at 11 am, and was not delivered the same day, as it should have been. No response to phone calls after calling since saturday. It was an emergency medicine required for a patient in a hospital. Very careless and unprofessional. Had to send my staff to collect
