Very bad service. I don't know how government documents are sent through them. They call and tell us to collect the courier as they don't have delivery guys. They also say that they can't locate your address (in a time where every nook and corner is located through Google) and want us to go to a place where it is convenient for them to deliver. They are bold enough to tell us that we can write a negative review as well. Very very bad service.

The worst courier company ever in the world. They don't even try to update the status. When I tried to contacted them, their phone was not reachable all the time. Again I tried, again same thing. I went to their office, they told me that they don't have any idea about my package and advised me to call the customer care number. After lot of calls I was able to contact them and they said we have lunch time from 12 to 3 pm. What the hell is going on? After 8 days I got my package. Worst company.

Trackon courier doesn't worth for even a star, wrost service, head office customer service nors are only for name sake, they are on automated call system, never ever book a parcel from them or prefer to tell by other side to book in trackon, my parcel is held in one place -head office for 4 days, wrost service ever experienced by any other courier in PAN INDIA.
