Very bad service. I have not received my parcel which was picked from Mumbai on 5th and came to jaipur on 13th. Since last 12 days its lying at jaipur facility center and not yet delivered. Everyday the app updates the delivery date if next day. I raised the tickets twice but all in vain. Poor service.
