Delay in delivery. No contact details given. Worst customer service with only machine language. They mail us back saying our mobile number is not reachable/ switched off only for them. Everyday we get reattempt delivery but then don't deliver. Worst game they play with their customers. We wonder whether our product with them is safe or not. This is my worst experience with any courier services.

I placed a shipment with Dehlivery Direct on 22nd May. It got picked up on 27th, it was supposed to be delivered by 30th May. The last update is of 29th May. Every day it shows the parcel is delayed and gives me next day’s date for Dehlivery. A week has passed. I have raised a query N number of times but there is no proper response. Pathetic customer experience. I’m never using Dehlivery Direct again. A very frustrating experience indeed. This lag is troubling me a lot. If someone is aware how to reach them, please help.

Did the worst mistake by placing an express order with Delihvery. I'm writing this review on 4th July. My parcel was expected to be delivered by 26th June and there is no sign of my parcel. Contacting customer support has been futile with canned responses being sent. Horrible service.

Worst courier service time taken for getting a parcel from delhivery Mumbai to Hyderabad nearly taking one week time it is too long in this gap we can send a parcel from Hyderabad to London also. Don't go for it worst ever service and you cant even get connected to the customer service also. Waste of time and money by sending parcel through delhivery.

Unprofessional behaviour by the staff and no delivery as yet. I had ordered items worth 20,000 INR via Libas which have not yet been delivered. Been following up for a week now. No customer care, the date of delivery keeps changing to the next day and when I try to raise a complaint they say the team is working on it.Unfortunately I am unable to provide negative rating, therefore making do with 1 star. The delivery staff of this company are cheats.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery that I used to get from my recent order. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the delivery time was significantly delayed from the estimated time, which was frustrating as I had scheduled my day around the delivery. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this delivery to others. While I understand that unforeseen issues can occur, I believe that there is room for improvement in the delivery service and overall experience. I hope that this feedback will be useful in improving the service in the future.

Service of delhivery Hyderabad is pathetic. Their main job is not delivering packages but just to return. I could see my package reached Hyderabad 1 week before. But no attempt was made to deliver it or atleast contact me. There is no phone number to connect to these people as well.

I sended a package from Bhimavaram Andhra Pradesh on 16th December 2022 package reached Hyderabad on 19th December 2022 i raised query every single day on delhivary app they haven't responded now on 3rd January 2023 they mentioned we can't deliver it (reason not mentioned) and returning to bvrm my package also spoiled. (Loss of 700rs) it contained dried fish and I lost my money as well 264rs sending charges. If you use delhivary to send any package to Hyderabad you will deeply regret.

Don’t use DELHIVERY for your courier services else you will suffer a lot. Worst worst worst experience Wanted give 0 rating but no option. Now technology improved a lot but not the service. It is more pathetic to know where the shipment exactly. We just get out for delivery message without any contact information. No customer care number also. My suggestion is to close the business if they are not capable so people will not suffer. I have ordered items in Ajio on 13th and they reached Hyderabad delhivery office on 17th. But it’s not delivered and not received single message also. Dec 23rd morning got the message says out for delivery at 9.30 am. But it’s almost closing the day and no delivery yet. Worst worst worst worst experience I never had in my life time..

Worst courier facility in hyderbad. I get scared whenever a parvel is aasigned to them. They delay a parcel everytime by min 15-20 days and write weird problems like airplane constraints or riots in area when in reality nothing sort is there. No way to contact them. Even if you raise a ticket they will never respond back. If management is listening, please make contact number available or donot accept hyderabad couriers only if you can't deliver them on time. Never faced this bad of a customer service in my entire life.
