Disgusting experience. They are not aware of what is what actually. You ask them something, they tell you something. Then they tell you to send a mail, which is reverted back after your issue is already solved somehow. They don't share their delivery person's contact number, which is extremely unprofessional. Customers can't sit home for the whole day just waiting for the delivery person to come. They simply send a sms telling the delivery will be done "today" & you don't know the tentative time, you can't even contact the delivery person! Simply annoying & irritating.

Would strongly recommend everyone, please never get trapped in their fake promises and worst service. They don't have any customer support/ no office addresses at delivery locations/ no accountability of responding to your mail/ queries/ followup even after a huge delay in delivering so called express service. Once you are trapped, they will never support or update you with the status of your parcel. I have wasted my money/ productive time and burnt lot of my blood to get any contact person, the contact I have got had never responded even after calling/ messaging unilaterally many times. I have to depute people to search door to door to such fraudsters to get my parcel delivered, such companies should never grow in ever-growing and genuine postal service industry, Delhivery is a "GAALI" to this industry. Shame on you Delhivery.

Very poor service. Never should you trust this Courier company. They are lairs and irresponsible. Read my experience and you will understand. Tracking no. of my shipment. 10450210027160. My Parcel was shipped on 31st October for Pune. Was a shipment for a wedding. The wedding was on 20th November. When contacted the contact person was very rude and irresponsible. After a lot of calls and visit to the local courier centre there got the information that my shipment didn't reach Pune but landed in Silchar. How? It got exchanged. No answers further. The wedding is over. The gifts for the guests, the bride and groom are still in transit. Which part of the country no one is sure. I am back home in Kolkata. After a lot of phone calls and struggle finally located the shipment in Guwahati. Was promised that it will be delivered to my Kolkata address. It's 29th of December today and I get to know my parcel has been delivered in Krishnagar. To whom, why, how - no answers.. I am still running pillar to pillar for my shipment. It has been nearly 2 months and no one from the company has an answer.

They have such a poor quality of services and more over they have too much unprofessional employee. They don't have any contact no to make a call for product delivery enquiry. My product is in there hub but they are not delivering any product. and they are least bothered to give you information. I don't recommend this company at all. They just know only one thing that is " Please drop a mail to our customer services" .

Or nahi kisi ko recommend karenge.Inkey delivery ke chakkar may mera updn 2600 /- Car fare exp ho gaya kyun ki may inki delivery hub may gaya tha. no hai net par.net par jitna nahi hai wo sab no false hai. ko.3 oct 21 ka mall 26th oct 2021ajj in logo ne ghar par delivered kiya hai . Or mall avi bhi nai kiya kiya hai kya conditions hai mall ka andar may pata nai hai. God knows. So Guys and all of you plz 🙏 do not choose this company in future.

Worst service provider in this country. When I called the number the person replied me very rudely. He was not ready to listen from me and rudely said he cant do anything and I have to wait(I have already waited for 10 days). My shipment reached Dankuni on 12th October and transferred to kolkata on 16th October(Don't know how come it even can take 4 days) and I have not received it yet till today(20th October). There is no specific customer care number. I would like to get attention of the higher management that the staff should behave politely with the customer instead of being ruthless.
