I'm waiting for 13 days, still no response. I called them and their reply was it will be delivered in 2 days, that was 7 days ago. If you have ordered in this, please visit the hub to get your package. I've heard they don't deliver for months for some people. Worst service and rude behavior to customers.

Trackon appointed very worst fellow Mr. Pandiyan. Even he is not worth for cleaning 🧹 job. Very worst behaviour and irresponsible fellow.

Very poor service. They don't call up if they do not know the address even after taking back the courier back to hub twice. Nor is the delivery person's contact shared to us upon requesting on urgency basis. Worst ever, never use trackon again. Been more than 10days since it arrived at destination hub. They even changed the status to delivered and we had to go collect it from their office the next day in panic.

I don’t know why ITD Chosen this service to deliver PAN Card. They not even tried to deliver and could not get proper contact to connect them back for delivery also. It’s really worst service and they are not taking ITD parcel also seriously!! Please provide with contact details to reach
