The behaviour of their staff is very rude. It is their duty to collect the courier and have the patience to collect it. But the guy who came for collection just behaved like a school kid as he just snached the parcel and just torned it off infront of me to show his frustration on his job.

Well I chose them since they deliver everywhere irrespective of places. But nowadays they are not delivering some items. Some delivery agents send false messages saying " attempt failed" . I Hope the management will see to this matter and stop this kind of response. GOD BLESS.

The service of Delhivery courier service is quite good. Its located in the Vazhiplackal Arcade in Nedumkunnam. Earlier their hub was in the central of Karukachal town. But at present they have shifted to Nedumkunnam. . It has enough parking space outside. The store is adjacent to the "Meeta Palace Bakery" , so the public could easily notice the store. Even if we miss to attend their call ,try to call the delivery boy and collect it from their hub.

Very rude behaviour of delivery boy. He refused to collect a product which was to be returned.First a wrong message was send to me that the pick up attempt was cancelled as a rescheduling has been done whereas there was no rescheduling requested by me..then on 21st September the delivery boy asked me to come to Mallappally and hand over the packet to him.I refused as I have a 3 month old child at home whom I cannot carry along.He then said that he would deliver it today i.e 22 September.Today he again called me and asked me to come to Mallappally. I said it is not possible for me..He said he cannot pick up the return product.I said I will make a complaint.He asked me to go ahead .Such irresponsible courier service

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, BAD STAFF, BAD BEHAVIOUR, NEVER ATTEMPT ON THIS COURIER BRANCH. THEY USED TO CALL ON THE NUMBER AND CONFIRMING THE ADDRESS, LATER WE CAN FIND THAT DELIVERY ATTEMPT FAILED, THEY NEVER COME TO OVER LOCATION AND THEY DON’T WANT DELIVER THE ITEMS ON THE ADDRESS, CUSTOMERS NEED TO FLOW THEM AND EVEN THEY DEMAND TO COME TO THEIR BRANCH.
