One of the poorest service ever…..!!! I try to send one parcel from Haldwani to Gujarat. When I ask to the person incharge of this courier service provider.He specifically mentioned that it will take 3- 4 days to deliver and I pay them 150 INR.(This parcel one of the important for us because it’s have lots of memories and emotions of the sisters.As a brother and sister relation my sister send me a Rakhi and a shirt as a gift. She prepared a nice handmade gift box and a deigned letter for greeting.Parcel dispatch date was 6th August.)On11th august once she track the items got to know that items can’t be reached the mention destination.Because of no service provided that area.Once she check back with them they promise that they will send the items with other service providers on that area and they charge 60INR for that service.Again for check back call they mentioned that’s your item is return back and you will get refund back.it’s was so surprising that if they can’t provide service why they accept two times why they play with the person emotion and feelings.On 18th we got to know that items is came back to the courier company.On 26th when I when i collect my items it was fully damaged and few items was missing and the service provider refused to give refund.Moreover,once I ask the Items the y didn’t able to find it after 45 minutes process time finally I got my damaged items. Once I ask for refund they mentioned that refund policy not able for the company. All staff and super rude and not able to give proper answers. Every things they have excuses.
