Just read all the recent reviews from others over here. It the same what I am facing. In the last month I had to go through the ordeal twice. I placed an order for a 41000/- refrigerator directly from Samsung who unfortunately has tied up with Delhivery and after almost 10 days of being held up at the Delhivery warehouse which seems to be just 11km away from me the order was sent back. Next I placed an order on amazon for a furniture worth 20000/- . The order which was dispatched from Rajasthan reached Chennai in reasonable time. But after reaching Chennai the same is being held for no provable reason. In the app the Chennai Delhivery team seems to be resorting to false statements like "Establishment is closed and delivery would be re-attempted next day", or, " Customer not reachable". The Delhivery customer care does not seem to care either since they sit at Delhi. I wish I could share the screenshots of the way these people are postponing or cancelling the order by projecting that its the fault of the Customer; but since there is no option to upload during this review, its not possible.

This is very poor delivery service.... from coimbatore to chennai it taken more than 11 days...still not arrived...no response to mails...They keep changing only the date in the tracking option..What an effort !!! I could have gone to Coimbatore and bought it...

One of the worst ever experience..recommending others not to use their service.. the package arrived almost 6 days back.. but they were just holding the package for some Auspicious time to deliver.. they don’t have any active phone numbers to contact. I had to go all the way myself to collect the parcel and reaching the front desk team even did not bother to respond properly on asking why the delay they are saying we are short of staffs and they were about to deliver.. please be cautious with these courier companies..

Very worst experience I’m waiting for my package for more than 15 days and they have not delivered one day I got a call from courier guy he asked me to come and collect the courier from office. After two days I went to the courier office but they returned my package to sender (return reason customer not picking the call) don’t book your parcels here

Your parcel will be damaged & broken, it happened to me twice. The guy who took it from me must have thrown the parcel purposely i guess even though i was very polite with him. They will purposely damage your parcel. less than 1 star if possible.

I don't want to give even a single star. Since the Behaviour of this firm is totally unfair. They never respond to your query and also never deliver your package on time. I tried to reach out to them in many ways to enquire about my package. Their Toll free no, customer care no seems to be out of service. Even if you ask in messenger, they will never respond. Their Support function in website seems to be a waste. Totally this delivery patner is waste and they can simply shut down and sit. Change your name as Not Delhivered.

Delhivery courier is attached with most of the online fraud group randomly they will send the courier on cod collect the address and mobile no from mesho and other app in other certain point house members paid the money and collect the parcel that's all they won t share the sender details address also to the client if you pay they will delivery thing to any body with out any proper guildlines... Mr.Ganesh Iyyappan of this company who is servicing Madipakkam is the worst courier delivery agent ever I have come across. He will update fake remarks as delivery attempted but would not have even reached the locality. Worst courier company ever.
