Terrible experience with them. Can’t stress on this enough. I got a parcel (medicines) couriered from another state. Even though the parcel reached Domlur within three days, there was no update or response about delivery for one whole week. I tried calling them multiple times, but the line was engaged every time. I had to then lodge a complaint twice from the sender office before I got it delivered. I had to risk my health to stand their terrible service.

I had a really bad experience with this courier. I was the receiver and inspite the tracking showing the item reached Domlur hub 5 days ago, I haven't received the item.The call center executives are clueless and seem disconnected with their hub point of contact. The concerned person for Domlur Mr Pandit is never reachable on the given numbers. Better to avoid their service if on time delivery is a priority.

Very bad experience with them don't use their service. They Don't respond properly. You won't get delivered in time use any of the other courier service but not them.

Don't use their services. I called the land line and one Ms Sujatha, the staff more than 50 times in 2 days just to confirm the arrival of my parcel. They didn't pick my call at all. When I visited their office, the incharge person Mr Pandit was mouthful gutkha and didn't helpe. Other staff were busy gossiping. It's a dumpyard and you will loose your parcel

Such a shabby and pathetic service provider. Unfortunately Pan department uses their services for delivery. One month for delivery of PAN Card and then you need to track your consignment and then go to their office. Their representative talks as if they are doing charity and says I will deliver the card in 15 days time. Wake up tracon
