WORST SERVICE, RUDE CUSTOMER CARE.My PAN card arrived at the hub, two weeks back. When i called that person on monday, he said we have lots of courier pending, will deliver by Saturday only. Even on Saturday, they didn't deliver. They called me on next monday (3weeks after the parcel has arrived) and said can you come and collect it. When i asked for the reason she said we don't have people to deliver. If you want, you come and collect.
