Every update provided by them turned out to be fake and I was left in the dark about the status of my order. It's extremely disappointing to see a company operate so poorly, especially in a city like Pune. I would strongly advise against using Delhivery for any of your delivery needs. Moreover, I believe no other company should use Delhivery for their business needs as their reputation is on stake. Even if the issue is not with the main business, the use of Delhivery can lead to negative ratings and reviews for the business. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable company."

Delhivery logistics should be declared  either as a fraud company or certified as  company with brainless employees right from bottom to top. Shipment is delayed by 12 days in a metrocity like pune, they will show the status of your shipment which is fed by a person sitting in room. As all the updates are fake, no way you can talk to any customer support.All query tickets raised are answered by a vague standard reply " we regret the inconvinience and all that " but does nothing. Shame on you!!

This is byfar my worst experience , the chap who xame to delivary my product firstly dint call and inform that he will be droppinv the product today , after he came his tone of talking was very rude and aggressive . He did not even deliver the product on the door step , swiftly saying wont drop it upstairs . He wasnt even ready to give me the owners number , nor was ready to take the payme half cash and half gpay . I told him to delivary any other product in the nearby area which will save his hime and deliver me my product back. He refused to do so . And this is not the first time , one of my product was supposed to be delivered in mumbai to the client deliver me my product back. He refused to do so .call or informing . I would NEVER recommend delhivary to anyone !

I would have given a big 0 to this courier service, for number 1 : Fake delivery attempt messages, 2 : no customer care number, 3: no response to queries made on there website. 4: Status shows, Out for Delivery but no one contacts you and they don't deliver the package. DELHIVERY, PLEASE DON'T DO THIS. IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES, NOTIFY CORRECT DETAILS, AND A CONTACT NUMBER. RESPOND TO USER QUERIES.

This is the worst courier service i have ever come across. They do not bother to call u even once but dare to mention that customer did not receive the call or customer didn't respond hence delivery unsuccessful, also couldn't not get any hold of the warehouse wherein I myself can go n collect the parcel, no address or contact details available neither on Google or or anywhere. U ppl Better improve the service or do not dare to take the responsibility bcz some ppl order for their needs and not for fun so better be responsible. I would happily go for bluedart n they never complain or disappoint, always on time and convenient.

Pathetic service. Not on time and outright liars. Was about to receive some medicines ordered online through delhivery. At 10:25 pm, i received a message that the delivery boy couldn't contact, whereas I was waiting right at home for them. They wrote this just to meet their turn around time. Received the consignment on the next day, late in the afternoon.
