Hopeless Service. The Staff is very rude and pathetic. The courier boy was extremely rude and talking very harshly with the ladies in my House. He delivered parcel very late and on the top of that, arguing with us. The lady who sits in the customer service doesn't receive the calls. Disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation. They don't have any manners to talk politely to the clients. After reading the reviews here, it is very clear that this service is not good at all. They don't share the contact number of the delivery boy, deliver parcels late and on top of that argues very badly with the ladies. Owner plz take a look at this issue very seriously. No one should avail this service. Need an apology from the Courier Boy for creating scene in front of our house. Mr Lalwani is the owner I guess, plz look into the matter it's serious. Customer reviews should not be taken lightly as this is a service industry. I never face any challenges with Blue Dart and DTDC.

The service of this track office is very bad 👎👎👎 Not worth giving one star. Call Receive Kart nahi. PAN card Parcel service is so late. I am suggesting that please do not use trackon service for sending parcel and also receive. Parcels are delivered from Nagpur to local courier services in other villages and they feel comfortable. There is no need to give any money to the customer. Improve your service.

The worst place to book your courier in Nagpur. They don’t respond to your calls, they won’t deliver your parcel in time. They will simply turn off their phone and keep making fake promises. Don’t make the mistake of booking your parcels with them. Oh did I forget the rude replies too.

Below Mail is enough to explain about Pathetic Service Courier is running on Bullockart Dear Ms Minakshi, Greetings...!!! Just spoken with Ms Ramiza at first she has told that yet courier is not received in mumbai office, i am unable to understand if the courier has been returned from nagpur on 2nd feb 18 then today it is 4th and yet not received in Mumbai are your courier is using Bullockart for delivery as it is taking too much time. I have asked Ms Ramiza to transfer the call to Ms Prajyoti but she has not transfered the call and after shouting on her she has told the i will ask Minakshi Mam to look in to the matter, Nor you have replied my mail since morning. I think you team is careless on Customer Service Kindly take necessary action on such employee who is runing your Brand image. And i want revert ASAP why your nagpur team has not cantacted on my mobile and simly returned my courier to Mumbai Either they are not getting mobile allowence or Your courier guy is hopeless and not doing the job properly and simply refusing the courier by not visiting to the delivery adress. Pathetic Courier service by your Team, For courier it takes 3 to 4 days time maximum 5 or 6 to reach the destination but very sad to say your courier has taken 7 day to reach the destination and surprisingly your Nagpur team has refunded the consignment to the place from where it has been sent. I have called today your nagpur office and a lady have informed me that the courier has been sent back to mumbai as we have not find the address on the courier how careless is your nagpur team they have not called me or the person who has send it as both the no was mentioned on the courier. I have asked her to call mumbai office and ask them to send the courier back but she refused and told you call and speak with them and she has disconnected the phone. Note:- Request you to forward the courier from mumbai to nagpur (Mumbai Team) Your Pathetic Staff is Ruining your Brand Image. Kindly take necessary action.
