Worst courier service. I ordered my stuff my puma and it reached Chennai 2 days back. But it’s not getting delivered and now it updated the status saying that it will reach on 6th. There is no way you can track it. No customer care and they have shared a online number which is of no use. The menu says if you want Delhivery agents number press 3 and then it says sorry we do not share delivery guys number. If so then why do you have the option in first place. The hub that the courier is reached is just 6 Kms away. They do not value customers. Puma should change their delivery agents.

I ordered one samsung washing machine through samsung e-store. I got delivered through Delhivery transport company which was got dented and damaged because of the company has sent only one person for driving the lorry and uploading and downloading the material which was having the weight more than 70kgs.

One of the worst delivery service! No customer service and no respect to the time frame! They say they will deliver on a day, then without informing they change the date by themselves. And there is no phone number to contact them! You are not even allowed to check your parcel upon delivery!

Worst experience, this delivery service is a cheater. I have purchased a product in mesho app, but some how the product has got cancelled from their end and some how we I didn’t get any messages as it got cancelled, taking this as an advantage the delivery service people delivered me a cheep product which might have be around 150 - 200 rupees, but they charge me the actual amount which is 850 rupees, Please guys stay safe they are fraud people and when we questioned about the same, they ignore and also the worst is that they threatened me

They have closed down and put on hold courier delivery since June 18 (I am not sure if they were delivering before this date) and are closed even after lockdown has been relaxed in Chennai and all other courier service providers have resumed work. They cannot be reached on phone (no incoming calls), helpline has only recorded voice saying "no live assistance," their online tracking system is not giving real-time updates. Their Whatsapp service is saying consignment is at another place (their earlier address) and expected for delivery daily from morning till evening. Then the delivery date changes to next day.

My shipment has been locked here for more than 2weeks no response at all ph no incoming available. If they are not going to deliver at send back the shipment to send I can have it resent from other courier service... Why are u holding it and wasting our time... Even I have raised complaint in email tat is also no use just replying will be delivered in 24-48hrs it's been a week they said...
