Mr Ravi Singh is very unprofessional. My package was shipped to Agra 3 days ago but the same has not been delivered as of now. Tracking shows the same is out of delivery but it is not delivered yet. I heard Trackon is loosing its customer base but I didn't know the reason. I guess now I know that they are loosing their so called goodwill due to poor services, unprofessional staff and not responding to complaints and queries.
