I would like to recommend who all needs their unwanted things to keep safe, they will do at free of cost, they do not even check shipping address until we went there and ask them. They will just randomly update undelivered due to non-availability of the consignee without making any attempt. Even the consignor will follow up for delivery but they simply don't care. At the end you are supposed to go and pick it up. careless and horrible service provider! They are simply not bothered with providing any type of service to customers, should simply shut themselves down.

In agreement with every comment here, yes they're a pathetic logistics service. My shipment was sitting in this warehouse for 5 days without any movement or probable cause for delay. Had to go personally and take it . They've literally no customer support services, all phone numbers are either non-functional or end up in the answering machine. My advice, use some other logistic service

Not even a single star to this courier service. It's been a week since I placed a parcel and still it's not been delivered. Even when we go for pickup they inform, sir we are busy, we can't find it now, we will deliver you tomorrow. The contact numbers are just for showpiece. No one receives the call. It's just a bad palce for your courier service. Don't have time sense, just waste of money.

They dont even deserve single star. I don't know why government relay on courier partners like this, may be because of bribe they offer I think. My moms PAN card had delivery date on 18-11-22. But they haven't delivered yet. In tracking details they claim that consignee did not respond to call but they never called us. And they are not even responding to calls. Very pathetic service.

Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd are very unprofessional. They have 2 contact numbers. I have been trying to call them continuously for the past 30 minutes. No one bothers to pick the call. One instant the number is engaged and in the next instant the call rings for a long time and no one picks up. This went on for half an hour on both the contact numbers. Customers can never be happy with them.
