The worst courier service and unprofessional arrogant staff ( Pune branch ) They dont understand that they are in a service oriented business and customer service is most important. The Pune address as mentioned here is misleading. Currently they are located next to Mandai Ganpati ,lane behind market.The best part ...customer has to search for them.... Get in touch with them ...go to their office and collect his courier :) and pay them:) The most horrible answer ...at 4pm he says we are closed for the day ..its a weekend so your courier will be delivered on Monday:) :) Can imagine the quality of senior management and their customer centric focus !!!!! Best wishes to the management

HOPE LESS, WORST, DIRT COURIER SERVICE. After reaching Courier at Pune also still they have not delivered courier after 10 days also. They will give different phone no., behave as they are toooo much busy. I get all couriers on my address, but they have updated in their tracking as no such person. They will not pick up call at all. Worst worst service. Don't prefer it at all.

The contact details are wrong. The courier delivery guys do not know how to talk professionally. Do not send your parcels from this. The numbers are all wrong on the website. I am making a complaint against it in consumer court.
