Very unprofessional and not sure why they are still in Market.They say , we open from 10 am till 5 Pm but no one responds over call. It 5 days my courier reached at destination but not yet delivered.. unfortunately I don't have option to give less than 0 rating

I gave one package to delivers from Gurgaon to Bangalore for return the package to some e-commerce but any how package was not able to deliver and return back to Delhi but trackon not have any updation regarding this to me and after 2 months I checked my account why my money is not refunded then I found the package is along with courier service. Cons: 1. Not record of undelivered packages. 2. You not able to claim on that i.e. courier charges plus return amount. 3. Staff has no manners how to talk with client.
