I run a small business and sent and order to SunderNagar, Himachal Pradesh through Trackon Panchkula. Before sending the parcel i shared the pincode asking if it is serviceable to which they said yes. When the parcel reached their office in sunder nagar, they asked my customer to come collect it from their office which is pretty far from the delivery address and they are not ready to deliver it to the given address. I have asked the courier to be sent back to me but they are not even ready to give me a refund! This is very unprofessionnal.

Seven-eight couriers have come near it till date, for which I had to go to receive it. Every time I tracked the courier myself and when I felt that it has been a couple of days since the courier reached him, I personally went and took the courier from him. Many days ago when my courier came to it, two-three days had passed, so I called him that my courier has come to you, how long will you deliver, then he told me that your address comes out of my coverage area. That's why you have to come yourself to collect the courier. This happened many times. Once I told him that when our courier is not supposed to be delivered, then don't just receive it. So he started saying that if you want to take courier then tell me otherwise I will return it. Meaning, he has a wonderful attitude.
