Lack of accountability & Professionalism Recently applied a Pan card for my relative ,it was shipped via Trackon.From Maharashtra to Bhubaneswar it received within 3 days ,but couldn't reach from their Bhubaneswar Hub to Patia even after 5 Days. Upon visiting their office and confronting them about the consignment ,found out after receiving the package from Maharashtra, they didn't even care to update it in the delivery list. Finally they found out the PAN Card lying buried in a heap of Pan Cards ,all probably in same state.

Pathetic and Poor service. Parcel has reached Kharvel Nagar office 3 days ago but they don’t bother to deliver it. None of the contact numbers are working. Got the Kharvel nagar contact number through a different Trackon office. After inquiring says the delivery guy is not keeping well. Now, does this imply that if the guy is not keeping well for next 10 days, deliveries to customers will be put on hold. When questioned the same to reception, shamelessly dropped the phone. Post which they are not attending any calls. Shameless service. Will suggest to avoid.

Worst service. No professionalism. They neither pick phone nor contact. If you are getting service from them it's due your luck only not due to their services.

If you have started a delivery service, you have to be responsible. Who asked you to take the photocopy of Id proof for delivery? If a parcel shipped on the name of an organisation then to whom you deliver & whose id proof you required? Always be careful when you are talking to your clients. You people are very lazy & not in a mood to work. You want everyone will come to you & after denying for 2/3 times you will hand over. My best experience says Trackon is the wrost service provider. Will never try to deal with you people again. Thanks for your irresponsibility...

Worst courier service I have ever seen. Returned the PAN Card of my son on the pretext that addressee not found. Didn't bother to make a phone call. Couldn't find the the location they shared in Google. It is behind Mahakali ATA KALA.
