Simply pathetic..!! The owner said we don't serve your pincode anymore.. it was just 2 km away.. parcel came to my location and went back... the parcel later for lost in transit.. it was priceless to me...

WARNING : Worst Service provider. Bad behaviour , Rude, Totally unprofessional, Fraud. The person named Abhijit Chatterjee hub in charge is totally unprofessional, don't even know how to talk properly with customers. These people won't provide you a proper delivery date, even if they provide a delivery date that will surely be delayed by weeks. Moreover, due to their poor product management your precious product can be damaged before delivery & they will put the blame on the seller or upon you. If you call them they won't receive, even if they receive your call they will talk in a rude manner. They have a lady employee who receives customer calls, her parents didn't teach her how to talk politely with customers. This is a warning for sellers also, don't even think of doing business with these people , you'll lose your reputation for these idiots.

Don't use this courier service, antisocial Trackon courier service asking for bribe money to deliver pan card. If you ignore then they not provide courier to you.
