Very worst service, My parcel reached Chennai hub before 5 days before the actual delivery date as per their status updated in tracking portal, but they didn't even attempting to deliver. Worst part is, it's already crossed their planned delivery date still I haven't received my package. Please don't go with this worst courier service. I have complained to thrice but so far no actions taken. Poor and pathetic service.🙄🙄😔😔

This is the worst service I ever had. They are updating the delivery date like calendars date. Updating like number is not reachable, which is merely a lie. There is no customer care services. The product is not delivered yet, it's been one week it reached the local hub. Basically it doesn't care about customer. They will give the package at their own convenience, may be not.
