Very bad service my pancard was arrived 3 days back so i personally visit there for an urgency. Very rude behaviour of owner he told me that he will not give me pan card over here..Nsdl should change there courier service.. I will write an email regarding this to Nsdl also... He doesn't even know that how to talk to there customer

Worst Worst Worst service. I was in urgency to get revised PAN card. I have follow up to Alkapuri branch and they confirmed to deliver courier in 2-3 days. Now after 3 days i have again tracked the courier and i see that they have returned it back mentioning that out of service area.

Very Poor service. No response. Calling Trackon since last 3 days. Either phone number does not exists or only ringing. PAN Card not delivered since more than 5 days. NSDL should change the courier agency. Very very bad experience. Indian Post service is better than Trackon. Worst courier service experienced ever in life.
