A parcel was booked on 16 July from chandigarh for Jaipur. It reached Jaipur on 17th but is not delivered even after 3 days. No response on contact number for full day on 19th. On 20th, a number of Delivery agent was given who says its weekly service to our area. He has no idea about when will it get delivered. After few calls, I was told it has been delivered at university reception

The worst courier service I have seen ever. My parcel is lying with them since last 5 days. Tracking is showing OUT FOR DELIVERY status daily since 5 days, but nobody delivered the parcel yet. And of course they are not picking phone calls. Why they have a phone connection when they don't bother to attend a call. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. It's my third chance with them. Now I will never use services of Trackon.
