Don't use this courier service. Customer sent package from Punjab. It reached Salem in 2 days. From Salem to Attur these guys took 6 days to deliver. On asking, they said only 2 days per week delivery. Then why did you charge extra for speed delivery if you can't deliver faster? 😖😖 On website it was marked as "Delivered with Signature" but no delivery was made. On asking, they casually replied to go and collect from another place. 🙄 Deliver dha pana matinga ok.. Parcel Inga vandhuruku nu oru call kooda pana matingalo 😒 Worst service ever. Your delay spoiled my plans.

Not a good experience. The tracking site was showing Delivery Status as the package was delivered with signature, without delivering. We didn't even receive a phone call from the delivery person. I've kept following with the destination hub on its status and finally got delivered after 4 days with multiple follow ups.

One of the worst courier service you can imagine. They misplaced my parcel and whenever you follow they will give different person number to track. It took more than 10 days to get my parcel. Never seen such a waste company

The worst. You should be renamed as track off courier. Or pickup courier. Worst of the worst. I don’t know how NSDL uses such cheapass courier service to deliver. The concerned person said I’ll be charged 50/- extra for door delivery. I had to go and collect the courier myself. And to top up it was supposed to be delivered on the 10th september which I picked up myself on 13th September that too after going from office to office and calling them constantly.
