Worst service in this hub. I received a package through delhivery. Tracking showed it reached on time. Waited for a day to deliver, next day the status is updated as delivery attempted and customer was unavailable whereas they didn't attempt delivery. I registered a complaint online but no action taken. There is no phone number provided to call n check as well. Worst. Finally i had to visit the hub to collect my package after 3 days. 2 star given for keeping my package safely.

Good planning. a part of basement of an apartment is converted into this office cum delivery hub. this work place is respected as everybody leaves their footwear out and comes inside. Employees are looked working sincerely and cordially. I went to collect one of parcel.

Worst ppl, they don't come home to check. The agent gives miss call and updates as consignee not available. Horrible experience with these ppl. Never ever received anything on time. Perungudi hub don't add phone numbers too.
