Worst service. Parcel in Whitefield hub since multiple days. no one responding on the call. customer service said they will raise the complaint against Whitefield hub, but in other reviews also i see that they are never picking up calls. so i guess company is not going to take any steps to improve service. also asking to go and collect from hub. pathetic service.

Worst service, without delivery marked delivered and that also after 2 weeks they kept it in its office ..pathetic service no customer care support.. struggling to have my letter..

The Trackon office is permanently moved to backside of this building, in dedicated medium size warehouse. For fast requirement(delivery) of the package, better collect the parcel in thier warehouse, door delivery will not be done immediately once the consignment reached at this warehouse. Four wheeler parking space for pickup is available exact front of warehouse entrance.

Worth 0 stars. The sender sent all my relevant details such as mobile number and address but the Whitefield office did bot have those details. Because of this the driver couldn't make the delivery and when I told him my address and asked him to use Google maps to get the accurate location he said something in Kannada and cut the phone. Finally I have asked the driver to keep the package in the office itself and I will collect ot later. If this is their service in speed post then I don't know what happens in normal services.

Worst delivery service! My new TV came via AIR , and delivered after 3 days in Whitefield hub and the screen is shattered to pieces.. it's my NEW TV !!! .. irresponsible and careless Delivery partner. NEVER CHOOSE , EVEN you need some low budget mide . Not this one . Please save yourseof the time , Money and energy.
