Very bad. By mistake also don't do any courier service with this company. No courier service take leave on Sunday. Believe me, my parcel arrived in Bangalore at 16:41 on Saturday and it did not move till Monday. Any professional courier would have sent my parcel on same day and I would have received the same on Sunday. They are not fit to run courier service when they take Sunday as break.

Whomsoever is reading this, I request not to use the services from Trackon Couriers . We had a courier placed from Chennai to Mangalore which has taken more than 5days yet not delivered. We called them and the guy started shouting on us for calling two times. First they said it will be delivered on time, then they said it's going to take longer because of no staff after then they never responded . It's sad to see such theft. They just say if you need your Parcel come and collect it from here....also they say different excuses and behave rudely with us.

I saw all the negative reviews and it worried me when I was sent a courier via trackon. But I have to be honest, I received my parcel without any delay from Rajasthan to Karnataka. Everyday there was movement. I got my parcel in four days. I was again worried after the parcel reached my city that they might delay or not do a door delivery as many of the reviews mentioned so I gave them a call. They weren't rude or anything. They told me it will be delivered by 4pm. I got it by 3:30pm. So my experience was good. What I feel about the negative review is that maybe because I live in the city and their center is not that far off from my home they delivered it. So maybe the people who don't live in the city or have a trackon courier close by might be the one's who are struggling. Or maybe they have improved because of the numerous negative reviews. Either way, I didn't have any issues so I have to give them a 5Star.

They give service in Mangalore only Before taking order they are not rejecting it. In the destination side they are saying we are not giving service to that place. They not give service to puttur, I went to manglore from puttur to collect parcel They are open at 10am as they mentioned on map, when i go there it was close, opend at 10:30. Parcel item was safe. But service area is limited

Very very late service.... They never pick calls.... Online tracking is showing area not reachable... What nonsense they have delivered courier many times before... They just feed nonsense she they want to buy time...from vapi courier was booked on 14/11/2019 and has reached mangalore on 18/11/2019 and since then it has been lying there for 4 days ... While the product is urgent never rely on this courier...even VRL logistics would have delivered at baikampady by 5 days Max from vapi
