Received PAN CARD by Trackon....in Feb 2022. Today went to their office with their AIR WAY BILL NO as obtained from NSDL on inquiry. The office staff confirmed from their computer information based on air way bill no that it was returned to NSDL. Fortunately, as I was about to leave, the owner walked in and asked their staff whether they checked old undelivered bunches....then they found our PAN CARD Cover with them only superscribed as phone switched off. Obviously never did they try again calling us but keeping with them for more than 2 months and many more old undelivered covers were found lying there.
