Sent a package on 31st January. It's 4th Feb. Still not received. Tracking does not work. It's still shows the package is still on vilupuram hub. I will not recommended trackon for anyone. This will be my first and last business with Trackon. If you want your package on time and hassle free just go with recognised companies who knows what they are doing. There's no contact number for receiving end. And the one from this branch is not responding well. Trackon is a BIG NO NO FOR ME. STAY AWAY.

I got served by Trackon twice and first delivery was fast. 2nd time I feel the service could have been made better as they need to work with delivery staff. But the office staff was very supportive. Completely happy they assured my package would be safe.

If your package has been sent through this courier, better you track the package and collect it from the courier office directly once the package has reached there. If you expect the package to come home, it will be delayed. Unfortunately, few government agencies using their service. I got PAN card which i went to their office directly and collected there. Initially, they told package has not yet arrived. But, when i showed the tracking info, they searched somewhere in their office and provided the package.

DISAPPOINTED BUT NOT SURPISED I don't think I have ever come across a courier service this bad. 1. The telephone numbers as per their website goes unanswered from 9AM till 5 PM whiteout fail. 2. The mobile number mentioned in the hub is out of service. LOL . 3. When I reached the hub, the person seen in the below photo has the audacity to tell me - 'why should we deliver it to you ? If you see a delay, come collect it from us'. WOW. Once again, Im disappointed but not surprised.

Never go with Trackon - and esp. this office. No one picks call or even if they pick, they will disconnect before saying to call after 2 hours. Document was received in Chennai on Day T and since then, every day being shown as "Out for Delivery" - today is day T+5 but haven't received

I went myself to trackon courier perungudi office to collect my Pan card which suppose to be delivered on 18th Nov 2019 where it arrived at destination. Now, from while they picked up my card...I can see minimum 50 plus Pan cards lying without delivery plan. Wonder how this company does exist!!!
