I always have the worst experience with this people. My product is to be delivered from their Manthuka office (kerala) Never a single time they have delivered my products on time. And many a times they don’t even deliver home. We have to go and collect the product from their office. My product have reached their office yesterday morning but even today evening they have not delivered and worst of all they don’t have a number to call and follow up. I don’t understand why companies like Amazon Flipkart first cry and others opt for their service. Really very very very very bad experience.

Horrible delivery service company. Honestly have no idea why companies use their service. They delay all packages and don't respond when you email them regarding it. There is no contact number either. One of my packages haven't been delivered for the last 4 days even though they are in my city, because the delhivery agent says my pincode is WRONG? I have used this pincode for every parcel and till date they haven't said its invalid. Now they are saying they can't deliver here and to change the address pincode, which isn't possible. I've emailed them 5 times with no response whatsoever. SUCH A HORRIBLE COMPANY. HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN.
