Ordered samsung refrigerator from Samsung whose delivery partner was Delhivery. They have not delivered since the last 5days and putting wrong updates of not being able to reach me or me having rescheduled delivery etc. They don't call from the mobile number of the delivery person, but, from system generated number which was rejected by my phone as it was categorised as spam. With the result, i have not got ththd delivery og my refrigerator is n spite of psyinb upfront more than a week ago. Pl avoid delhivery by all means.

Pathetic service by delhivery. They should close this business. The Pune pick up parcel in pune only took 3 days and still not delihivered. Horrible service. Do not buy things from vendor who use Delhivery as courier partner.
