If it would have been possible - I would given 0 stars! This is with sheer disappointment how Delhivery Direct is a completely mis-managed courier service. I booked a parcel with Delhivery Direct on 16th March 2022, AWB: 2827711086024 from Vadodara to Indore. The estimated delivery date was 21st March 2022, the parcel has not yet been delivered after one month and is nowhere to be found. Upon tracking: 1. I have received the message that 'parcel has been picked up', 3 times since the actual pick up has already happened. 2. The parcel shows to be somewhere in Surat/Agra/Indore, etc. 3. On no instance is the parcel attempted to be delivered We tried to contact the customer support 1. After multiple mails to the customer support team, the team has now even stopped responding to our queries and there are no replies to the emails that I have been sending for updates. 2. The local team too have absolutely withdrawn from responsibility, they have blocked our phone numbers and have stopped answering calls. Only passing the buck from one to another, leaving the cutsomer clueless about their article. This is the worst possible courier service, with no level of accountability or sense of customer orientation. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND Delhivery Direct, do not fall prey to their marketing tactics. What is the sense of having cheaper prices when there is no guarantee that the consignee shall ever receive your parcel and the Delhivery Direct team shall take no accountability for your loss! Utter Shame!
