My experience. First they don't deliver at the doorstep or nearby. They just reach some comfortable location and call us to reach them and collect. Second, they don't deliver it the same day even if they receive the package in the morning or the location is nearby. No response at all. I spotted their new office and then collected my order. Third, it is hard to communicate with them. There are no phone numbers shared anywhere. I just added one contact to this map today. Overall the delivery is not good.

Dear Delhivery, Mundakkayam Delhivery's courier agency has not yet delivered the courier to my house, which is just a mile and a half away from the Erumeli Mundakkayam route. They say that the company did not tell them to go to the propose section of the Mundakkayam Erumeli route. There was a delivery to my house today (15/03/2021). The delivery was made by a delivery boy named Abhijit who came to Peruthodu and he waited for 20 minutes but did not come to my house which is 5 minutes away. It was not a day. My kids often order a lot. The road to the house is a tarred main road. Why they only skip this part. I work in Ernakulam. Comes home once a month. My wife has no vehicle at home. Then they reach the main road and call how to get there in 5 minutes and buy the goods. The children do not have school because they are covid. Can she leave them alone at home? Do not take this order unless you can deliver it at home. Why do you take the order and pay the delivery fee‌ ... This agency must take steps for home delivery...
