I would have given 0 stars. Worst experience but not from every executive. There is one arrogant boy (don't know his name). Iam disappointed from his service several times.He doesn't deserve to be in the staff. Iam a working woman sometimes it happens that I couldn't receive the call at ones. During every delivery time he used to call only for one time and at that time if iam unable to recieve his call than for sure I will not get my parcel and when I do call back, the executive refused to deliver and ask for calcellation. One day I was on my online meeting, so I couldn't rcv his call. After my meeting was over I called him back He refused to deliver and asked for cancellation and the reason he gave that i didnt rcv his call at ones ( Is he some V.I.P) what type of behaviour and service is this? Very unprofessional. For that one boy other staff are also blamed. Disappointed. I have never seen such an worst executive from any courier service.😠😠😠😠😠
