Pathetic service, they unnecessarily delayed my delivery. They don't properly read address on the product label. If they don't know or understand the address, they don't even call you. I had to follow-up tirelessly and escalate with the merchant who sold the product multiple times in order to get the product delivered. I was even thought of cancelling the order since it delayed for about a week. No professional ethics, no responsibility. They update false reason in their system to delay the delivery. I would give them 0 star but there is no option.

One of the worst delivery Services, I have encountered 🙏 No ethics, No responsibility. Don't know how they are continuing with these delivery service. Made me wait for 1 week and then they said the package is returned with false reason. If their was an option to give 0, I would have opted for the same.

They kept my package for 4 days even though the delivery location is within 3 km. I collected the delivery boy's phone number from the office and located him in another place for the package. Worst worst Courier service.
