So when you call them to track your courier they will ask you to whats app details and tell you to wait for 30mins before they get back. You give them screenshot for tracking and after 1and half hour when you try to reach out again as you have not heard from them they will not answer your calls.

The absolute worst courier service. They don't put any priority into your package. It goes dangling all over the places and there is a good chance that the package might not reach you at all. They have a tendency to mark consignments as delivered/undelivered without even reaching out to your door.
