They had my courier sent by someone to me personally, But I didn't receive the courier after 2 months of struggling, on the other hand courier was marked as delivered. So i have to confront them personally to collect my documents. Such an idiotic and unprofessional behaviour. In case they like to say i put fake reviews "" I have all the call recordings"".

i wish i can give zero star because this company dont even deserve one star. first of all my brother told them to dispatch my shipment from feedex without our permission they send the shipment through dhl which is not reliable company on the top of that i paid custom duty for dhl service. secondly when my brother ask them why you haven’t use feedex they said we will refund your money beacause they charge us for feedex prize and after they refuse to refund the money and ask for more money. what a fraud and cheap people. after all this situation when my brother refuse to pay more money to them the guy said i will stop the shipment to be delivered.never recommend to any one. do not waste your time and money by go there. Mr onwer you told us 650 for dhl and 680 for feedex and you charge 680 for feedex and you ship through dhl how come the prizes were same....moreover i always get parcels from feedex never paid custom duty....this was not the first time i was getting any parcel from india. also i will mention here the weight you write on the recipt was 20 kg when i receive the parcel total weight was 19kg so you should check your weighing machine. this whole scenario was so disrespectfull when my brother ask for refund you try to threat him by saying that if you will not pay more money i will stop the delivery. so do you think it was good for a genuine customer service.it is not a matter of money its a matter of coustmer service in which you totally failled. we paid more then enough. in future you should treat your customer with respect or dignity beacause they are paying for the service .
