Very bad experience.Almost every time they delay the delivery,if u r lucky then u will get ur package on promised date.Overall service is pretty bad.They should change their name to DELAY-VERY.I go collect my percels almost every time from their office coz i dont wanna wait for years. Edit:- Ok so I went to the nearest delhivery offfice coz my delivery was getting delayed so I had to get it myself.The thing is,they delay ur delivery when there is not enough packages like when they have less packages they don't bother to go out and deliver until more packages come which I don't like,this is what I think but they do deliver emergency items like medicines.This was my experience with delhivery.They need to change this work culture if it's true what I think.
