Paid Rs.110/ Kg for a delivery from Kerala to Punjab and took 15 Days for delivery. Tried to contact Pathankot hub for 4 days but they didn't pickup the phone. Finally I went their office to pick up the Parcel. I don't know how these courier services manage to survive in this competitive world. I will never ever use these Trackon courier service for any transaction. Railway takes Rs12/Kg and 3Days delivery time. Indian Post takes Rs40/Kg and 7Days Delivery time.

No body taking care of delivery of consignment. no contact no in working, customer care also not easy to contact them,. From jalandhar Punjab to Jawali district Kangra Himachal after 4 daye its tracking showing only out for delivery from Pathankot but still not delivered for 65kms run only or contact us receiver end

Very Bad service, they don’t even attend the calls and this service waste ur time and harass the consumers. I personally feel that Never ever use this courier service.

Worst couriers of India. They will accept shipments and will inform the receipent to collect the article from their office on the pretext of no service area

Worst pathetic rude staff never delivers courier at home and in some excuse send the courier back to the company the lady staff needs to be replaced
