This place is shifted to a new location which now on Mumbai Pune bypass road. 3 km ahead of pashan. Behind craftsmanship ship furniture showroom. In highway in pashan area bypass turn you can spot this. My parcel was delayed and not delivered for past 3 days... Hence I have to raise complaint and collect delivery myself. The person was courteous and humble gave my parcel in time at all the office.

I wish I could give 0 star. This place is hardly 15min from my address. One of my parcels is waiting here undelivered for more than one week now. In the tracking site, every single day the delivery date shows as tomorrow. Absolutely pathetic!!

Worst delivery service in town. I don't know why businesses are even delivering with them. My international debit card was to be delivered within 7 days but they delayed it to a never ending wait. The delivery date on tracking page changed to next day every day. Very bad experience and I'm very disappointed with the service. The delivery agents can improve but I think they're too lazy.

My shipment is out for delivery everyday for almost 4days but never gets delivered...they don't have a single contact number or courier ofc address mentioned on site..There is no one we can contact..don't use this courier service as they serve you only and only disappointment.

Never ever trust Delhivery for logistics. These guys are absolute c@nts. It took 20 days for a courier to be delivered from Mumbai to Pune. They don’t have a contact number to call nor they have a proper address. Their customer care is a sham. This company is nothing but a bunch of con artists. I had to post it on twitter to get a reply which was of no use. It’s not only with this branch, same happened to me in Bangalore once.

There is no delhivery office. When I reached there on the 29th of September 2022 then I was shocked to know that office is closed and there is no office. Why Google is not updating information. This company is a fraud company. I shipped my 8 items on the 12th of September 2022 from Delhi to Pune city but still on the 29th I am waiting for my 8 items. If you call on customer care then no one picks up the phone. This company is a fraud company. I am not alone, there are many people to whom this happened. You can see all these victims on YouTube. Negative star from me.

Positive Review We had ordered few dress worth above 10000 twice and deliver agent was Delhivery. After reading so many negative review on google and Quora i was so worried about my parcel but i received my parcel two days before except date of delivery. Delivary boy was so poliet and discipline. Mr. Salim from sutarwadi branch and Mr Vishal from katraj delivard the parcel safely. Requesting people with positive experience write their review. Its help people to stay calm

Update: Location has changed, behind Fortune Traders at Sutarwadi exit on highway towards Pashan. I picked up my parcel from there Nov2022. I told the manager to update Google maps location. Was worried after reading so many 1* reviews, also no phone number is listed on their shop. But the package was delivered 1 day early than estimated date, and the delivery guy was polite.

Absolutely shambolic state of affairs. Pick up agents cancel picking up our returns according to their whims and fancies and falsely blame US that WE refused to handover/were not at home to handover the return. They say they'll come next day to pick it up again but it's all just an elaborate lie to harass customers. And then the courier service itself cancels our return request like their father paid for the product. Will have to drag these scammers to consumer court. Hopefully soon.
