Worst delivery company i have ever seen😡Today a dlervery exicutive come to my home to deliever a courier, i think so because i didn't get q call from them or they didn't send me q delivery message noting, so i didn't prepared to collect that delievery, today they come to my home and they can't see anyone there because all of my family members including me is working and studying, if they come they can't see anyone this all my doubt because till now i didn't get a call or message from dlevery partner. Before few minutes i got a whatsapp message that tell that 'you were not avialbale to collect the shipment'. How will i recognize that my shipmet is dleivered by today, already i got the deliverh dat of 28 may 2023. I come to google to konw the condqct number, but they didn't provide any condacts number to condqct them, then how will collect my shipment😡😡😡😡😡Please anyone never apporach delivery for for deliver you're shipment, especially kozhikodebranch. This isbecome very bad compny due to the irresponsaibility from you're staff and bad customer service 😡l due to the pressure from the company or else the increased wish to make more mony by deliver more products, or the pressure from branch head. Any way that not my problem, please don't do this anymore, otherwise you will looose you entire companies reputation. Please do give proper training to you employees about good customer service 😡
