Pathetic service. Not sure why NSDL chose Trackon for delivering PAN cards. The tracking shows out for delivery the last 5 days and still have not received. And the worst thing is they do not answer their phone. I may have to go to their courier office to personally collect the PAN card.

Pretty sad and slow service. A local courier package booked on 5-7-2022 has still not been delivered and it has been 5 working days since the booking. The staff themselves say that next time you book a local courier on Trackon Courier Service, please be careful. I wouldn't book again though.

The worst courier services in the world is trackon courier services,,, pathatic customer service,,, never send anything from trackon,, they will not deliver your valuables ,, simply they will update delivered and they will not respond to calls. Trackon courier services are cheaters.
