Delivery boy did not call and wrongly reported that I am not at delivery address given. Blatant lies. I have requested Soch to deliver my order and not have it returned. I don't understand why the delivery boy is not willing to deliver. I have ordered on Soch because I want the dress. Kindly send the parcel and appoint better delivery boys.

Always seen heavy number of parcels being sorted out for dispatching and it looks like a good delivery service. Actually I did not visit the place for any delivery service, but on 1st floor of the same building, there was an old age home , which I visited frequently.
