By default one star should be given in this review, if suppose there is a option to select dislike or no star means I'll prefer to select that only, Very worst service ever I faced.. No customer care number to contact. No proper response to this type of chats. Day before yesterday (8th May) started my travel for searching the offices in Vembadithalam, Elampillai and all, then found an adress in Elampillai Senthil complex l, near to Axis Bank --> that too fake address. Disappointed. In Maps also I couldn't found any Dehlivery location, Then Yesterday(9th May) from morning 9ock I just started my travel from Vembadithalam to Salem and went to Delhivery courier office-Salem(opp. to St. Paul) and told my issue which I'm facing and got the Salem-Mottur(Sivadhapuram) branch number and again started my Travel from Salem to Mottur, and reached that branch and told my issue and got the Package Delivery boy number and tried to reach him, he kept declining my call amd later after many attempts I caught him and asked for the package and told him to come to this particular land mark in Vembadithalam and in the evening around 6.40 that guy came.. that too even I called 7 to 8 times from morning 10ock to evening 6ock. Then he didn't came to my delivery location he stayed at then landmark itself and asked me to come and collect your package, I went and got my parcel in hand around 6.50pm, so for to get courier I should waste my two days by roaming around all streets like a begger, Even if I available in house for 24x7 great to see the status customer not available status. And even if I holding my mobile in hand for 24x7 great to see the unable to reach customer status. Very very good service, very good response, very very good behaviour, very very supportive, very very true in your job, very very very good customer service etc.,
